We have used PacWest Solutions for the past 4 years to process weekly payroll for our business. After having much experience using other payroll services (ADP, Paychex and Coastal), I must say that PacWest Solutions was the best by far. They were very proactive in providing us with new employee forms and an employee manual template when we started the business. They successfully processed our payroll every week with no hiccups.
